Our new online application system requires the applicant to have an account on the system. You only need to create your account ONCE.

Anyone applied before 9/19/2013 does not have an account in the system for checking his/her admission records online; he/she needs to create an account for checking his/her admission records online.

Each new application must begin with the action of creating an account. Please check to see whether you belong to either A or B below:
